no veggies :( i was gonna add spinach to the pasta stuff, but then i was in comfort food mode. boo! i walked.

-2 goat cheese and tomato pieces of pizza
-spinach salad
-a little bit of ice cream

went frisbee golfing in a.m. watched baseball in afternoon with bry with beers and chocolate snacks. walked in afternoon / evening.
